We guaranty a 30 day money back guanrantee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, and intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To exchange for the same item, contact the seller, and send the item to the seller’s provided address.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to the seller’s provided address.
Some items qualify for free returns, while others are customer paid. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund amount.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
