CartMir Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CartMir (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using https://cartmir.com (“Website”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern the rights and responsibilities of both buyers and sellers on our platform. 2. User Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • Users must provide accurate information when registering.

  • Account security is the user’s responsibility. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

3. Buyer Terms

  • Purchases: Buyers agree to pay the listed/winning price for items plus applicable taxes and fees.

  • Payments: Transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Refund policies vary by orders (see our Refund & Return Policy for details).

  • Returns & Refunds: Buyers should review individual seller return policies. Refunds are issued per platform guidelines (see Refund & Return Policy).

  • Prohibited Activities: Buyers may not misuse promotions, submit false claims, or engage in fraud.

4. Seller Terms

  • Listings: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders must be processed and shipped within the stated timeframe.

  • Fees & Commissions: CartMir may charge a transaction fee on sales, deducted automatically.

  • Returns & Refunds: Sellers must comply with platform policies regarding returns and refunds.

  • Prohibited Conduct: No counterfeit goods, misleading listings, or deceptive practices are allowed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Both buyers and sellers must not:

  • Provide false information.

  • Engage in fraudulent activities, scams, or unauthorized transactions.

  • Upload harmful software, spam, or offensive content.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

  • CartMir and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are our property.

  • Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display and promote their listings.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

CartMir is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. While we do not directly sell or manufacture products, we are committed to protecting both buyers and sellers.

  • Buyer Protection: Buyers are eligible for refunds if they receive damaged goods, misleading descriptions, or substandard products. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Seller Protection: Sellers are safeguarded against fraudulent claims and chargebacks, provided they comply with our Seller’s Policy and provide valid proof of shipment and product condition.
  • Product Quality & Safety: While we require sellers to adhere to our listing policies, we do not independently verify the authenticity, quality, or legality of products. However, we take action against non-compliant listings and sellers to maintain platform integrity.
  • Limitation of Liability: CartMir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating refunds and dispute resolution as outlined in our policies.

8. Termination & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Users may request account deletion at any time.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

For legal matters requiring court intervention, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Refund & Return Policy

  • Buyers and sellers must adhere to CartMir’s Refund & Return Policy, which outlines eligibility, processing times, and conditions for returns.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable, such as perishable goods and downloadable software.

  • No listing or selling fees—sellers keep 100% of their earnings.

  • Sellers must ensure clear, accurate product descriptions and shipping details.

  • All transactions are processed securely via PayPal or other authorized payment methods.

  • Compliance with CartMir’s policies is mandatory. Violations may result in penalties or account suspension.
